1. Services
We provide custom web design, chatbot/AI integration, booking calendars, and CRM setups. Services are described in quotes/proposals.
We aim for timely delivery but aren’t liable for delays beyond our control.
2. Payments
• Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Usually 50% deposit upfront, balance on completion.
• Late payments may incur fees.
• No refunds on completed work, but we’ll fix issues reasonably.
3. Client Responsibilities
• Provide timely content, feedback, and access.
• Ensure your content doesn’t infringe rights or laws.
4. Intellectual Property
• You own the final website/deliverables once fully paid.
• We retain rights to tools/templates we use.
• We may showcase your project in our portfolio (unless you say no).
5. Limitations
Services are “as is.” We don’t guarantee specific results (e.g., leads/sales).
Liability limited to the amount you paid us.
6. Termination
We can end services if you breach Terms or don’t pay.
You can cancel, but deposits are non-refundable.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms—continued use means acceptance.
8. Governing Law
United States Laws, e.g., Governed by the laws of New York.
